Named after the instrument used for collecting samples from casks, and created by head blender Billy Leighton, this celebrates the art of blending, so it’s no surprise that this sits in the middle of the range flavour-wise. The Blender’s Dog expertly balances the fruity spirit and spice from the ageing process.

Nose:
A delightful blend of sweet vanilla and spicy pepper, complemented by hints of orange and toast.

Palate:
Lightly creamy in texture, it offers a subtle sweetness with notes of vanilla and butterscotch, balanced by dried fruit, raisins, black pepper, and wood spices.

Finish:
Medium in length, featuring a harmonious balance of spicy and sweet flavors
