Detailed Description of Good and / or Services

WhiskyShop Woodstock Pty Ltd is a business in the Liquor industry that markets mostly Single Malt Whisky and premium spirits.

Delivery policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within three days and delivery (allow 8 to 14 days)confirmed by way of booking Number. We may not deliver to P.O. Boxes, we will deliver to work addresses, the onus is no you to ensure that someone older than 18 is present to sign for the delivery, we will not deliver to anyone younger than 18. We Charge a Flat Rate of R150 regardless of weight, all orders over R3000 include FREE shipping.

Return and Refunds Policy
The provision of goods and services by WhiskyShop Woodstock Pty Ltd is subject to availability.  In cases of unavailability, WhiskyShop Woodstock Pty Ltd will refund the client in full within 30 days.  Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 10% administration fee.

Customer Privacy Policy
WhiskyShop Woodstock Pty Ltd. shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). Payment Options Accepted
Payment may be made via Visa, Master Card, credit cards or by bank transfer into the Mc Beth on Whisky bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.

Credit Card Acquiring and Security
Credit card transactions will be acquired for WhiskyShop Woodstock by Yoco who are the approved payment gateway https://www.yoco.co.za/za/terms/privacy-and-app/

Customer Details Separate from Card Details
Customer details will be stored by WhiskyShop Woodstock Pty Ltd separately from card details which are entered by the client on Yoco’s secure site.  For more detail on Yoco refer to www.yoco.co.za.

Merchant Outlet Country and Transaction Currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is ZAR (South African Rand).

Responsibility

WhiskyShop Woodstock Pty Ltd takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer services, and support, dispute resolution, and delivery of goods.

Country of Domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and WhiskyShop Woodstock Pth chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature, 1 Dudgeon Road Rondebosch Cape Town 7700

Variation
WhiskyShop Woodstock Pty Ltd may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
