Shipping policy

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within three days. Delivery typically takes 7 to 14 days, and confirmation will be provided via a booking number. Please note that we may not deliver to P.O. Boxes; however, we will deliver to work addresses.It is your responsibility to ensure that someone 18 years or older is present to sign for the delivery. We will not deliver to anyone younger than 18 years old.If delivery cannot be completed due to no access or an absence of someone to receive the package, one additional attempt will be made the following day. If this attempt is also unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us for re-delivery, which will incur a new delivery fee.
