500ml French Armagnac
Chabot is an Armagnac house owned by the Gentzbourger family with stocks dating back to 1888. The firm owns and manages all of its operations – from the vineyards to distillation and bottling.
After harvest and vinification, the wine is distilled in a traditional Alambic copper still dating back to 1890. Unlike other brandies, Armagnac is distilled just once, giving richness. The white eau-de-vie is then aged in oak casks sourced from the local Monlezun forest and stored in underground cellars with temperature and humidity control. When fully matured, Chabot's Armagnac is transferred to older barrels for blending
