Yellow Spot 12 Year Old is a single pot still Irish whiskey from the Spot range, produced at Midleton Distillery for Mitchell & Son. It is matured for 12 years in bourbon casks, sherry butts and Spanish Malaga casks. Expect mown hay, black pepper, honey and peaches on the nose, with coffee, milk chocolate and crème brûlée on the palate, and a long, sweet finish of marzipan and dried apricot.
