Wild Turkey Bourbon is a Kentucky straight bourbon from the Wild Turkey Distillery in Lawrenceburg, home of the father-and-son master distillers Jimmy and Eddie Russell. Wild Turkey is known for its high-rye recipe, low barrel-entry proof and heavily charred American oak barrels, which give a full-flavoured style. Expect vanilla, caramel and honey with rye spice and toasted oak. A great all-rounder, neat, on the rocks or in cocktails.
