WD O'Connell Single Grain is an Irish single grain whiskey from the WD O'Connell Bourbon & Rye Series. Matured in ex-bourbon casks for between 10 and 12 years and then finished in ex-rye casks, it is bottled non-chill-filtered with no added colour. The result is a rich, full-bodied grain whiskey with vanilla, honey and caramel, leading to an oak spice finish. A great way to explore Irish single grain.
