Two Stacks The First Cut is a blended Irish whiskey from Two Stacks, an independent Irish whiskey bonder and blender. Its complex recipe combines grain whiskeys aged in virgin oak and bourbon casks, pot still whiskey from Oloroso sherry butts, double-distilled malt and a little peated malt. The result is creamy and approachable, with vanilla, caramel, candied lemon peel and ginger, closing with cocoa and a wisp of smoke. Great neat or in cocktails.
