Two Stacks Double Barrel Single Grain is an Irish single grain whiskey from Two Stacks, an independent Irish whiskey bonder and blender. As the name suggests, it is matured in two different types of cask, adding depth to the naturally light, sweet grain spirit. Expect a smooth, approachable profile of vanilla, caramel, honey and soft oak spice. Enjoy it neat, over ice or as a versatile base for cocktails.
