Two Stacks The Blender's Cut is a cask-strength blended Irish whiskey from Two Stacks, an independent Irish whiskey bonder and blender. It brings together grain whiskeys aged in virgin oak and bourbon casks, pot still whiskey from Oloroso sherry butts, malt, and a touch of peated malt. Bottled at full strength without chill filtration, it is bold and oily, with toffee, burnt sugar, praline, ginger and woody spice. Add water to taste.
