The Whistler P.X. I Love You is a single malt Irish whiskey from Boann Distillery in Drogheda, County Meath. Made from 100% malted barley, it is initially matured in ex-bourbon casks before being finished for at least nine months in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. The PX influence is clear, bringing luscious raisin, fig and dark sugar sweetness over vanilla and soft malt. A decadent dram to enjoy neat.
