Springfield Estate Whole Berry Cabernet Sauvignon 2023 comes from the Bruwer family's estate in Robertson. With minimal intervention, whole uncrushed berries are moved by gravity, fermented with natural yeasts and matured for a year in oak barrels. The result is a velvety Cabernet Sauvignon with softer tannins and classic blackcurrant and dark berry character. Unfiltered and unfined, it may throw a sediment, so decanting is recommended.
