Springfield Estate is a family-run winery in Robertson, owned by the Bruwer family and known for its distinctive, terroir-driven wines. Special Cuvée Sauvignon Blanc comes from mature vines rooted in sand and rock formations in the estate's riverine area. The wine is intense and flinty, with green fig, gooseberry, grapefruit and passion fruit, crisp acidity and a long, mineral finish. Superb with oysters, seafood and goat's cheese.
