Sailor's Home The Journey is a blended Irish whiskey from the Sailor's Home brand. Grain whiskey is aged first in virgin American oak and then recasked into bourbon barrels, before being brought together with malt whiskey matured in bourbon barrels and finished in Jamaican rum casks. The nose offers butterscotch, toasted oak and dark rum. The palate brings sticky toffee and rum roundness balanced with malt depth, finishing with ripe banana, molasses and vanilla.
