Sailor's Home The Haven is a single pot still Irish whiskey, triple distilled from malted and unmalted barley. It is aged in American bourbon barrels and Spanish Oloroso sherry casks, giving a creamy, characterful style. The nose offers green grapes, warm spice and honeyed oak, followed by pot still spices, roasted almonds and vanilla on the palate, finishing with brown sugar and ripe dark fruits. Enjoy it neat.
