Sailor's Home The Caravelle is a 10 year old blended Irish whiskey from Sailor's Home, a brand created by Irish whiskey veteran Dr Jack Ó'Sé, and part of its Island Series. After maturing for a decade, it is finished in casks that previously held Martinique rhum agricole. The rum influence adds tropical fruit and grassy sugar-cane notes to a rich Irish base of vanilla, toffee and oak. Enjoy neat or with a drop of water.
