Rock Island is a blended malt Scotch whisky from Douglas Laing & Co. of Glasgow, part of its Remarkable Regional Malts series. It brings together single malts from Scotland's islands, including Islay, Orkney, Arran and Jura. Bottled without chill filtration, it balances maritime smoke and sea salt with sweet fruit, honey and gentle spice. An excellent introduction to the island style of Scotch whisky.
