Redbreast Lustau Edition is a single pot still Irish whiskey from Midleton Distillery, created with the Spanish sherry house Bodegas Lustau. After maturation in bourbon and sherry casks, it is finished in first-fill sherry butts seasoned with Lustau's Oloroso, adding extra sherry richness to the Redbreast style. Expect dried fruit, toasted nuts, spice and a long, sweet finish. Enjoy neat or with a splash of water.
