Redbreast 27 Year Old Batch 6 is a rare, aged single pot still Irish whiskey from Midleton Distillery. Triple distilled, it is matured in a combination of bourbon, sherry and ruby Port casks, and bottled at 55.9% ABV. As you would expect from its age, it is complex and deeply layered, packed with spices, dark jammy fruit and mature oak. Add a few drops of water to open it up.
