Redbreast 12 Year Old is an Irish single pot still whiskey produced at the Midleton Distillery in County Cork. Made from a mash of malted and unmalted barley and triple distilled in copper pot stills, it is matured in a combination of bourbon barrels and Oloroso sherry casks. Rich and full-bodied, it offers notes of dried fruit, spice, toasted wood and sherry, with a long, creamy finish. Widely regarded as the benchmark of the pot still style.
