R de Ruinart is the non-vintage Brut from Ruinart, founded in Reims in 1729 and the oldest established Champagne house. Blended from Pinot Noir, Meunier and Chardonnay, with a portion of reserve wines adding depth, it shows the house's trademark freshness and finesse. Expect fresh fruit such as pear and white peach, a touch of citrus, delicate floral notes and a light toasty, biscuity finish. Elegant as an aperitif or with fish.
