Pol Roger Brut Réserve is the non-vintage Champagne of the family-owned Épernay house, famously the favourite of Sir Winston Churchill. It is made from roughly equal parts Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay, giving an elegant, balanced style with structure and freshness. Expect aromas of white flowers, ripe pear and citrus, a fine persistent mousse and gentle brioche notes on the finish. A refined aperitif that also partners well with seafood.
