Paulaner Münchner Hell is the classic Munich helles lager from Paulaner, a brewery founded in 1634 that is one of the six official breweries of the Munich Oktoberfest. Brewed according to the German Purity Law, it pours bright gold with a fine white head. The palate is mild and smooth, with soft malt sweetness, a hint of bread and a delicate hop finish. A very sessionable beer that pairs well with roast chicken, pretzels and Bavarian sausages.
