Paul John Edited is an Indian single malt from John Distilleries in Goa, combining mostly unpeated malt with a small proportion of peated malt for a subtle touch of smoke. On the nose, honey and cocoa are laced with light smokiness, a shot of espresso and fruity notes. The palate opens with grassy barley before gentle peat, mint and mocha take over. The long finish carries hints of spice, chocolate mint and soft peat.
