Moutai Yingbin is a Chinese baijiu (not a sake) from the Kweichow Moutai group, made in the town of Maotai in Guizhou Province. It is a sauce aroma baijiu, the bold style Moutai is famous for, distilled from sorghum. Expect a rich, savoury and complex spirit with notes of umami, roasted grain, dried fruit and earth, and a long finish. Traditionally sipped at room temperature in small cups.
