Minuty Prestige is a step up in the range from Château Minuty, the family-run estate on the Saint-Tropez peninsula in the Côtes de Provence. Grenache-led and very pale in colour, it is made from carefully selected parcels for extra finesse. The wine is dry and refined, with notes of fresh berries, citrus zest and white flowers, a silky texture and a clean, mineral finish. Ideal with seafood, sushi or simply chilled.
