Milk & Honey Apex Rum Cask is a limited single malt from the Milk & Honey Distillery in Tel Aviv, part of its cask-strength Apex Series. It is aged in an old ex-Jamaican rum cask, which brings a lively Caribbean character. Expect milk chocolate, toasted coconut and a hint of eucalyptus on the nose, followed by plantain, cream and molasses, finishing with Brazil nuts, dark-roast coffee and seasoned oak.
