Milk & Honey Ex-Islay Cask is a limited-release Israeli single malt from the Milk & Honey Distillery in Tel Aviv, bottled at 52.7% ABV. Drawn from select casks that previously held Islay whisky, it combines the distillery's rich, fast-maturing style in Tel Aviv's warm climate with a seasoning of maritime smoke. Bottled naturally without chill filtration, it brings sweet malt, fruit and gentle peat. Add a drop of water to taste.
