McConnell's 5 Year Old is a blended Irish whisky from a historic Belfast brand first established in 1776 and revived by the Belfast Distillery Company, whose distillery is housed in the former Crumlin Road Gaol. Matured for five years in bourbon casks, it is a smooth, approachable blend. Expect notes of vanilla, honey, citrus and soft spice, with a light, sweet finish. Enjoy neat, on the rocks or in a highball.
