Knob Creek is a small batch Kentucky straight bourbon from the Jim Beam distillery, created by Booker Noe to recall the full-flavoured, pre-Prohibition style of whiskey. It is bottled at 100 proof and matured in heavily charred American oak. The nose offers toasted nuts, grain and oak, while the palate is rich, sweet, woody and full-bodied, almost fruity. The finish is long, rich and glowing. A bold bourbon for sipping or strong cocktails.
