Kavalan Triple Sherry Cask is a Taiwanese single malt from the Kavalan Distillery in Yilan County. It is a marriage of whiskies matured in three styles of sherry cask, Pedro Ximénez, Moscatel and Oloroso, with Taiwan's warm climate encouraging rich, rapid maturation. Expect dried fruit, toffee, honey and warm spice, with a smooth, rounded finish. An approachable introduction to Kavalan, delicious neat or over ice.
