Jameson The Distiller's Safe is part of the Jameson Whiskey Makers Series, honouring the craft of the head distiller at the Midleton Distillery in County Cork. The name refers to the distiller's safe, which allows the spirit to be assessed without opening the still. A blend of delicate grain and robust pot still whiskeys, it shows floral perfume, fresh herbs, barley sugar and grapefruit, with cinnamon, liquorice, mandarin and almond on the palate, finishing light and zesty.
