Jameson 18 Year Old is a rare, aged expression of the famous Irish whiskey from the Midleton Distillery in County Cork. Matured for at least 18 years in American and European oak casks, it is finished in first-fill bourbon barrels, which add subtle vanilla to a mellow, balanced blend. On the nose are aromatic oils, wood and spicy toffee. The palate offers fudge, toffee, spice, leather, vanilla and a gentle sherry nuttiness, with a long, woody finish.
