Jameson is the world's best-selling Irish whiskey, founded by John Jameson in Dublin in 1780 and now produced at the Midleton Distillery in County Cork. It blends single pot still whiskey, made from malted and unmalted barley, with fine grain whiskey, all triple distilled for smoothness and matured in oak casks including ex-bourbon and sherry. Expect light floral notes, spicy wood, vanilla and a hint of sherry sweetness. Ideal neat, with ginger ale or in cocktails.
