Islay Journey is a blended malt Scotch whisky from Hunter Laing & Co., the Glasgow-based family firm that has made the trip to Islay for generations. It is made from single malts selected from distilleries on the Isle of Islay, some matured in bourbon hogsheads, balancing smoothness with complexity. Expect classic Islay peat smoke and sea salt, with sweet malt and citrus. A great introduction to Islay whisky.
