Indri Trini The Three Wood is an Indian single malt from Piccadily Distilleries, made at its Indri distillery in Haryana, northern India, from Indian six-row barley. As the name suggests, it is matured in three types of cask: ex-bourbon American oak, ex-French wine casks and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. The hot climate encourages rapid maturation, giving a rich, rounded dram with notes of dried fruit, honey, vanilla, spice and gentle oak.
