Hinch Single Malt is an Irish whiskey from Hinch Distillery in County Down, Northern Ireland, matured in a combination of ex-bourbon American oak and Oloroso sherry casks. The bourbon casks bring vanilla and sweetness, while the sherry adds fruit and depth. Expect toffee apple and baked peach notes, with good weight on the palate and a honeyed, syrupy finish. Enjoy it neat or with a drop of water.
