Highland Journey is a blended malt Scotch whisky from Hunter Laing & Co., the Glasgow-based family firm. It is made from single malts selected from distilleries in the Scottish Highlands, some matured in American oak and some in Spanish sherry casks, for a balance of smoothness and complexity. It was inspired by Stewart Hunter Laing's childhood train trips from Glasgow into the Highlands. Expect honey, fruit and gentle spice.
