Gustave Lorentz is a family wine house based in Bergheim, Alsace, in north-eastern France. Its Crémant d'Alsace is a sparkling wine made in the traditional method, with a second fermentation in the bottle, the same technique used in Champagne. Expect a fresh, elegant fizz with fine bubbles, crisp apple and citrus notes and a gentle toasty character. A lovely aperitif and an excellent alternative to Champagne for celebrations.
