Flor de Caña 25 is the oldest expression in the core range of this family-owned Nicaraguan rum producer, distilling beside the San Cristóbal volcano since 1890. Slow-aged for 25 years in ex-bourbon barrels, with no added sugar, it is deep, complex and dry. Expect layers of toffee, dark chocolate, dried fruit, vanilla and well-integrated oak spice, finishing long and warm. A sipping rum to savour neat.
