Flor de Caña is a family-owned rum producer from Nicaragua, distilling at the foot of the San Cristóbal volcano since 1890. This 12 year old rum is slow-aged in ex-bourbon barrels, with no added sugar, giving a dry, well-balanced style. Expect caramel, vanilla, toasted oak, dried fruit and a touch of cocoa, with a smooth and lingering finish. Enjoy neat, on the rocks, or in an elevated Old Fashioned.
