The Famous Grouse is a classic blended Scotch whisky first produced by Matthew Gloag & Son in Perth in 1896, and now owned by Edrington. The single malts in the blend include Edrington's Highland Park and The Macallan, aged in oak casks including sherry-seasoned wood.
