Evan Williams Single Barrel is a vintage-dated Kentucky straight bourbon from Heaven Hill, the large independent, family-owned distillery founded by the Shapira brothers in 1935. Each bottle comes from a single barrel and carries its barrel number and the year it was put into oak. Expect rich honey, caramel, orange and vanilla with toasted oak and gentle spice, and a smooth, lingering finish. An excellent bourbon for sipping neat.
