A little stronger than the brewery's everyday weissbier, it combines smooth malt aromas with a more pronounced hop bitterness, balanced by gently sparkling carbonation that gives it the liveliness of a genuine wheat beer. Full-flavoured yet well rounded, it is made for celebrating with pretzels, sausages and roast chicken, Bavarian style.
