Dictador is a Colombian rum house based in Cartagena de Indias. Its XO rums are produced from sugar cane honey and aged using a solera system in a mix of casks, giving a rich, mature style. This is a dark, full-bodied rum with notes of coffee, cocoa, toffee, dried fruit and warm spice, finishing long and smooth. Best enjoyed neat or over a single large ice cube.
