Dassai 45 is a Junmai Daiginjo sake from Asahi Shuzo in Yamaguchi Prefecture, Japan, made from Yamada Nishiki rice polished to 45% of its original size. It replaced the popular Dassai 50 in 2019 and belongs to the top premium category, with no brewer's alcohol added. Expect a fragrant nose of melon and pear, a delicate, silky mouthfeel and a clean finish. Serve chilled.
