Compass Box The Peat Monster is a blended malt Scotch whisky from the London-based whisky maker Compass Box. It combines peaty Islay single malts with Highland malt for balance and depth. The result is bold and smoky without being harsh: expect peat smoke, bacon fat and sea salt, softened by notes of citrus, sweet fruit and gentle spice. A favourite for lovers of smoky whisky, best enjoyed neat.
