Compass Box Oak Cross is a blended malt Scotch whisky from the London-based whisky maker Compass Box. Its distinctive touch is the cask: American oak barrels fitted with new French oak heads, which layer gentle spice over the soft vanilla sweetness of the American wood. Built mainly from Highland malts, it is elegant and approachable, with notes of vanilla, clove, honey and ripe fruit. Lovely neat or with a drop of water.
