Bushmills Black Bush is a premium blended Irish whiskey from the Old Bushmills Distillery in County Antrim, Northern Ireland. It has an unusually high proportion of malt whiskey, much of it matured in Oloroso sherry casks, blended with a sweet grain whiskey. The nose is full-bodied with spice, malt and nutty sherry notes. On the palate it is rich and spicy-fruity, finishing with digestive biscuit, cooked plum and orange oil.
