Bulleit Barrel Strength is the uncut, unfiltered version of Bulleit's Kentucky straight bourbon, bottled straight from the barrel without dilution. Bulleit is known for its high-rye mash bill, which gives a spicier, drier style than many bourbons. At barrel strength those flavours are amplified: rich caramel, vanilla and toasted oak with plenty of rye spice and a long, warming finish. Try it neat, then add a few drops of water to open it up.
